Transportation and Climate: The power of the masses
The power of mass transit comes from, well, the masses. It seems obvious, but there's an impact for every person that joins a carpool, hops a train, or fills the bus. With added passengers, efficiency rises, cars come off the road, and we can cut climate-warming pollution. The best strategy for reducing your impact: walk, bike, or fill up a seat that's already going your way!
