Oppenheimer Sprawl and energy
A quality-of-life gauge released this month says Oregon lassoes urban sprawl better than most of its Northwest counterparts, although the state's poverty and energy consumption are at the high end of the scales. Sightline Institute is viewed as a key research group on environmental issues.
