Sightline's research program is aimed at getting the best information on trends and solutions critical to the Northwest's future to engaged citizens, community leaders, and the media. New Report: Vancouver, BC Slowing Smart Growth
Even though British Columbia’s government has set ambitious goals for reducing emissions, Greater Vancouver, BC channeled a smaller share of development into compact, walkable communities from 2001 through 2006 than before. These walkable communities are critical to keeping BC's transportation emissions in check. See the report.
