Gordon Price, an acclaimed speaker and writer on urban design issues, is Director of the City Program for Simon Fraser University and adjunct professor on urban planning at the University of British Columbia. He served as City Councillor from 1986 to 2002. He also sat on the boards of the Greater Vancouver Regional District and of TransLink, the regional transportation authority. Gordon, who is also a Sightline board member, lectures and writes widely on urban development, design, and transportation issues in Canada and the US. He also publishes an e-mail newsletter, Price Tags, which are archived on the Sightline website.
