Alexa Woodard is the Senior Development Manager of Sightline Institute, serving as an ambassador to the organization’s annual fund and Evergreen Circle (recurring) donors.

Alexa is an experienced and passionate fundraiser with a deep love of databases and spreadsheets. Prior to Sightline, her fundraising efforts provided critical support to youth orchestras, universities, professional symphonies, zoo critters, and more across the Midwest and Washington. She has degrees in viola performance and psychology.

Originally from northern Minnesota, Alexa has fallen in love with the vastly different Cascadian topography and is learning to love winters without several feet of snow. In her free time, she continues to teach and play viola. She also enjoys hiking, baking, reading, yoga, and spending quality time with her dog, Willow.
