Rachel Consolo is Sightline Institute’s Associate Director of Human Resources and is passionate about advocating for people in the workplace.
Rachel has worked in numerous people-centered roles, including as a teacher, project manager, workplace trainer, and director of human resources. Her approach bridges the gap between people and policy, building frameworks that support the organization while making sure every individual within it feels seen and valued.
Rachel is a SHRM-CP and holds certificates in People Operations, Anti-Harassment, Diversity and Sensitivity, and Comprehensive Training for HR Managers. Rachel lives in southwest Washington state, where she ambles along on local trails, dilly-dallies in every independent bookstore, and has strong opinions about which chai is the best chai.
