Rachel Consolo is Sightline Institute’s Human Resources Manager and is passionate about advocating for people in the workplace.

Rachel has worked in numerous people-centered roles, including as a teacher, project manager, workplace trainer, and director of human resources. She believes that honest and intentional conversations help people to feel heard and supported. Rachel is a SHRM-CP and holds certificates in People Operations, Anti-Harassment, Diversity and Sensitivity, and Comprehensive Training for HR Managers.

Rachel called Portland, Oregon, home for 20 years before recently moving across the Columbia River to Camas, Washington. She spends her free time taking long walks, reading, completing jigsaw puzzles, and befriending neighborhood cats.
