Katharine Harkins, CNM, MPH, is Co-founder of Resilient Generation, a field catalyst focused on advancing reproductive health and rights in Washington state and beyond.  She holds a Masters of Public Health from Columbia University, a Certificate of Nurse-Midwifery from The State University of New York Downstate, a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College.
