Sara Moorehead

Sara Moorehead, board chair, is a seasoned expert in change management, group purpose and culture, communications strategy, and merger integration. Spanning corporations and cooperatives, her career culminated in her role as BECU’s Senior Vice President of Cooperative Affairs. In her retirement, Sara is an end-of-life doula, where she supports people in preparing for a peaceful death. Among her other interests are hiking, travel, literature, and art. She lives in the sagebrush steppe of Central Washington with her husband and their border collie.
