Tl’ehskwiisimka Marshall

Tl’ehskwiisimka Marshall is a member of the Ahousaht First Nation, located off the coast of Tofino, British Columbia. She is experienced in community outreach, communications, and policy, having worked for multiple levels of government and serving elected officials. Growing up on Vancouver Island, Simka was raised in her teachings and mentored by the matriarchs in her family. She is currently the Director of Legislative Engagement with the Declaration Act Secretariat, an agency in the BC government.
